We install and service all brands and models of heating and air conditioning equipment. This includes:
- Heat pumps
- Gas furnaces
- Oil furnaces
- Resistance (baseboard) heat
- Electric air conditioning units
We also manufacture all our own ductwork, in our own sheet metal shop. This enables us to have complete quality control over the product, which ensures that you not only get high quality ductwork, but also ductwork that's engineered specifically for your home.
We provide installation and service to small commercial businesses. If you are a small business and your heating and air conditioning unit does not exceed 20-ton capacity, you'll find us far more cost effective than the big commercial companies. Ear, nose, and throat irritation. Congestion. Sinus problems. Allergies. All these are signals telling you that the quality of the air in your home may be poor. The culprit is often dirty ductwork.
Every time the heating or air conditioning system in your home is used, airborne contaminants are drawn into the ductwork. Over time, pollutants build up - pollutants such as dirt, dust mites, pollen, tobacco smoke, pet hair, and other contaminants. Air quality can even be a problem in brand new homes. That's because drywall dust, kicked up during the construction process, gets into the duct system.
For optimum indoor air quality and HVAC efficiency, you should have your air ducts cleaned approximately every two years. We use the patented Hepa-AireŽ method, which is widely recognized throughout the industry as the most advanced duct cleaning system available today.
With our flat rate pricing, there are no surprises when it comes time to pay the bill. And, we don't nickel and dime you to death -- our whole-house price includes the dryer vents, which many companies charge extra for.
A service contract is one of the smartest ways to save money and prevent problems down the road. You probably already recognize how important it is to change the oil in your car regularly; servicing your heating and air conditioning system is equally important.
If you want your system to run at peak performance, regular maintenance is a must. A system that runs smoothly and efficiently means better indoor air quality and lower utility bills. But that's not all. Did you know that some heating and air conditioning equipment manufacturers may even void a warranty if your unit has not been serviced regularly?
By enrolling in one of our service plans, you catch small problems before they become big, expensive ones. Our Gold Service Plan entitles you to two maintenance visits a year. If your system breaks down during the enrollment period, almost all repairs are covered -- you pay nothing for parts or labor. (The only exceptions are the compressor and the heat exchanger.)
If you're on a budget but still want the benefits of a service plan, our Bronze Service Plan may be right for you. Just as with our Gold plan, we'll visit twice a year to inspect your system and stop problems before they start. If your system needs repair, you'll receive a 10% discount on both parts and labor.
You also get priority service when you enroll in one of our service plans. While it's always our goal to get to every customer as soon as possible, our service plan members go to the head of the line.
